To Reserve your photo session a deposit of $100 will be required. Acceptible forms of payment include cash, check or major credit card (VISA Mastercard Amex and Discover). If paying by check or cash, payment must be recieved within 14 days of your scheduled session or your session will be cancelled. The balance due must be paid upon delivery of your photography.
Cancellations will be subject to a $100 fee if another session can not be rebooked for the same time period unless I am notified atleast 14 days prior to your scheduled session. Failure to provide a timely cancellation notice will forfeit your right to a refund. Weather cancellations are EXCLUDED from this provision.
Please note that if your travel schedules change and we are able to rebook your session for a later date, then there will not be a cancellation fee. Please let us know as soon as possible that the session needs to be delayed.
